Set the time and time zone

Work through these steps in order to set your Flush to the correct local time. The first two steps happen on the cabinet touchscreen; the last two happen on the Grolia website.

Set your time zone

  1. On your Flush cabinetConnect to Wi-Fi

Open Settings → Wi-Fi. If your network name is shown as connected, you are ready for the next step.

Not connected yet? Follow the step-by-step Wi-Fi guide first.

  2. On your Flush cabinetTurn on Remote control

Open Settings → Experimental, then switch Remote control on.

This is currently required for automatic time sync: the cabinet only checks the Grolia service for its time zone and current local time while Remote control is on.

  3. On the Grolia websiteSign in and choose your Flush

Sign in to your Grolia account on your phone or computer. Open Devices, then choose the Flush you want to update.

If it is not listed, choose Pair a device and follow the pairing guide.

  4. On the Grolia websiteChoose the time zone
    1. Open Settings for your Flush.
    2. Under Time, choose the time zone where the cabinet is located.
    3. Choose Save changes. Keep the cabinet online with Remote control on so it can apply the setting on its next check-in.

Your Flush clock and automatic lighting schedule will now follow local time, including daylight-saving changes. You can also choose 12-hour or 24-hour time in the same section.

Using the clock without Wi-Fi? Open Settings → General → Time on the cabinet to set the clock and choose 12-hour or 24-hour time manually.
