Grow blue-grey oyster mushrooms with a rich savoury flavour and meaty texture. They brown beautifully in a hot pan and work well in tacos, pasta and risotto.

In Basic mode, choose the Blue Oyster preset and Flush holds 16°C, 88% and 650 ppm — one setting for the whole grow. In Advanced mode you can steer within the ranges below as the block moves from pinning to fruiting.
How it works
Open the block, place it in the cabinet and close the door, then either choose a preset or set your own targets. Flush holds the temperature, humidity and airflow from there, so there is no misting schedule to keep. All you need to do is keep the water reservoir topped up — a full reservoir lasts at least a week.
