Grolia takes the security of Flush and our connected services seriously.
If you believe you have found a security issue in a Flush unit, Grolia account, website, app, API, firmware update process, or related service, please report it to us.
How to report

You do not need to create an account or provide personal information to report a security issue. Please include as much technical detail as you can, such as:
- the affected product or service;
- firmware, app, or software version if known;
- steps to reproduce the issue;
- screenshots, logs, or other evidence if safe to share;
- your preferred way for us to reply if you want status updates.
What we will do
Where contact details are provided, we will acknowledge reports within 5 business days.
We will review the issue, assess severity, investigate affected products or services, and provide status updates where possible until the issue is resolved or otherwise closed.
Responsible disclosure
Please act in good faith, avoid accessing or changing other people's data, avoid disrupting Grolia services or customer devices, and give us a reasonable opportunity to fix confirmed security issues before public disclosure.
